Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of company objectives and KPIs through administrative and operational support.
• Maintain and manage all supply chain documentation in line with quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare presentations, reports, data analyses, and other business documents for decision-making.
• Conduct weekly reviews of production and inventory variances, escalate issues as needed.
• Provide administrative support across scheduling, planning, and inventory management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of supply chain data and records.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and efficiency.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance performance.
