Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst for a Santa Ana, CA contract role. The position focuses on pricing management, expense processing, sales trend analysis, and export order processing to support supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills with Power BI/Tableau familiarity. ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus, with solid analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing management: administer and maintain parts pricing data and perform price Reviews.
• Expense processing: post POs and department expenses; reconcile against budgets.
• Sales trend analysis: compile and forecast parts sales, maintain dashboards.
• Export order processing: support exports team and ensure on-time fulfillment.
