Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst for an on-site contract in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on data mining, reporting, and KPI analysis within logistics and supply chain operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
• Experience in cost analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
• High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) is required.
• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, and/or supply chain (operations) environment is required.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Results-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects.

• Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting
• Help drive critical business decisions by in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings

• Identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences
