Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in planning or supply chain.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure demand and supply review processes occur on time with cross-functional teams.
• Track S&OP metrics and report findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Include NPI plans in demand and supply planning with risk identification.
• Prepare materials and facilitate IBP meetings and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate meetings, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.
• Analyze what-if scenarios to optimize inventory and service levels.
