Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst for Rosemont, IL to support a global leader in food and beverage operations. You should be strong in Excel, comfortable handling large data sets, and eager to build a career in supply chain planning.

You will help with order entry, forecasting, inventory reporting, and discrepancy research across inventory and sales data, using internal systems to analyze SKU details and improve on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain analytics or demand planning experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfort with large data sets and SKU-level details.

Responsibilities

• Support supply ordering, manual order entry and tracking.
• Monitor inventory reports and discrepancy research.
• Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Maintain variance reports for items ordered vs received and sales vs forecast.
• Analyze pallet weight, truck capacity and SKU data using Excel.
• Use Excel and internal systems to analyze large amounts of inventory data.
