Job summary

PFNonwovens LLC is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning professional to support SIOP decision-making by building accurate plans and dashboards. You will manage demand history, forecast consolidation, and capacity modeling to drive actionable inputs for production scheduling.

Responsibilities include maintaining planning master data, performing what-if analyses, and ensuring data integrity across ERP and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or operations planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading planning teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP preferred), advanced Excel or planning tools, and Power BI tools preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards and reports (Power BI).
  • Prepare monthly SIOP reporting package and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance versus plan (forecast, production, inventory).
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain demand history and forecast datasets.
  • Develop and consolidate the sales forecast.
  • Track forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast drivers.
  • Maintain inventory projections, capacity models, and line loading models.
  • Perform scenario analysis and what-if modeling.
  • Provide planners with accurate demand, inventory, and capacity inputs.
  • Facilitate linkage between mid/long-range forecasts and short-term production planning.
  • Perform analysis of constraints and schedule scenarios.
  • Support production scheduling activities including the creation and release of work orders.
  • Maintain planning master data.
  • Ensure consistency across ERP, reports, and planning tools.
  • Support data integration and automation initiatives.

Purpose and role of job:

Supports the supply planning function by developing and maintaining the data, models, and reporting required to build accurate supply plans and support SIOP decision-making. Ensures planning inputs are accurate, timely, and actionable.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Safety
  • Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
  • Follows necessary regulations/guidelines.
Planning Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards and reports (Power BI)
