Job summary

KLA is seeking a data-savvy professional to join our Service Supply Chain analytics team. You will own the core reporting data model, maintain Power BI dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to define KPIs around spare parts and service fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Power BI experience, SQL skills, and a background in supply chain or service operations. You will work independently, embrace AI tools, and grow with SAP S/4HANA in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI experience maintaining reports, datasets, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with SQL or equivalent data querying language.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal direction.
• Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary reporting data model structure and documentation.
• Maintain and support Power BI dashboards and datasets.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders for customer satisfaction metrics.
• Bridge operations and data systems translating requirements into solutions.
• Analyze customer experience trends using multiple data sources.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Develop understanding of SAP S/4HANA including aATP, Entitlement Management, and Asset Management.
