Job summary

Wella Company in Calabasas, CA is offering a 6-9 month internship in Supply Chain Data Analytics and Process Automation. The role is 25 hours per week, hybrid onsite with 3 days in the office, and reports to the Project Manager, Supply Chain.

You will build reports and dashboards across demand, inventory, service, and supply performance, and identify automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Query, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor's or master's program in a related field throughout the internship.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups; knowledge of Power Query is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI and basic SQL/Python is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards across demand, inventory, service, and supply performance.
• Document processes and identify automation opportunities using Power Query, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Support cross-functional Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO) activities and data quality initiatives.
