Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and Power Query; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power Automate, Visio, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and generate practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) covering demand, inventory, service level, fill rate, and obsolescence.
• Document current-state processes with maps, SOPs, and work instructions; identify automation candidates.
• Design and pilot automation solutions using Power Query, Power Automate, Office Scripts or VBA, and Copilot.
• Support Phase-In/Phase-Out execution across functions; track timelines and readiness.
• Collect, clean, and reconcile data from SAP, Blue Yonder, and other systems; investigate discrepancies.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations by highlighting trends and root causes.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards; monitor obsolescence risk and disposition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and train end users on new reports.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to recurring pain points; propose corrective actions.
• Measure impact of improvement projects including hours saved and cycle time reductions.
