Job summary

Wonder in New York is seeking a project-based internship in data analysis and process improvement within the BOH Development, Design, and Procurement team. You will apply analytical skills to a physical environment, shaping purchasing decisions and redesigning workflows tested on job sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a quantitative degree in a relevant field.
• Prior internship in data analytics or operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for building tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, structuring, and analysis in Python and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Build and iterate on dashboards and process tools based on user feedback.
• Communicate progress and findings to internal stakeholders and team leadership.
• Meet with Operations or Construction Project Managers to gather data or feedback on their processes and pain points.
• Test and refine workflows directly with field and vendor team.
