You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and influence decisions with data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, project management, and process improvement.
• Experience in supply chain planning in medical devices/healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end distribution planning for an assigned portfolio with high product availability.
• Identify supply risks and inventory imbalances and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive replenishment execution across the global network and ensure timely deployment.
• Lead readiness for new product introductions and geo expansions with flawless execution.
• Analyze inventory performance, backorders, and aging inventory to find improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and solve supply challenges.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and better system capabilities.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to executives with data-driven analysis.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team focused on ownership and continuous improvement.
