Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and methodologies.
• Experience with international supply chain operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast product demand by analyzing historical data and trends.
• Manage supplier performance related to quality, cost, service and delivery.
• Develop inventory management strategies to optimize availability and reduce carrying costs.
• Align inventory and replenishment with organizational needs with clinical/operations teams.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for timely delivery.
• Monitor supply chain metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
