US Tech Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage inventory and procurement for production support in Wilmington, NC. The role emphasizes replenishment analysis, vendor alignment, and cost control across the lifecycle of parts and spares.

Responsibilities include handling POs, supplier data entry, and resolving invoice issues, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain functions (storeroom, procurement, planning, or customer care).
• Experience with PeopleSoft or SAP and advanced Excel.
• Strong teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected inventory items to support production needs.
• Analyze replenishment for commodity ordering and buys.
• Review order confirmations and change orders; expedite as needed.
• Follow up on information requests for vendors and purchasing parts.
• Manage PO closure reports and account issues as needed.
• Ongoing supply management for items - ROP/Max.
• Align parts to corporate contract suppliers and enter new supplier data.
