BCforward is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for an onsite opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA. The candidate will join a dynamic team, leveraging global asset management, supply planning, ERP tools, and cross-functional coordination to optimize allocations and improve supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in inventory operations, data analysis, and working with planning systems. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and MS Office is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to indicate receipt of supply at distribution centers.
• Coordinate weekly PO releases and troubleshoot issues.
• Update allocation of total supply across demand channels daily based on reports and models.
• Coordinate uploading allocation info and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a schedule.
• Develop and maintain coordinated relationships with cross-functional partners (Supply Planners, Freight, Procurement, CX).
• Document and streamline existing processes.

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst for an onsite opportunity

Position Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 months, possible extension based on business needs

Job Type: Onsite

Pay Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global asset management, supply planning, ERP tools, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to optimize allocations, resolve discrepancies, and improve supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at distribution centers.
• Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Update allocation of total supply across demand channels daily based on inbound freight reports and supply projection models.
• Coordinate uploading allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
• Develop and maintain coordinated relationships with cross-functional partners including Supply Planners, Freight, Procurement, and Customer Experience teams.
• Document and help streamline existing processes.

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
• Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports to decipher data and to drive resolution for any discrepancies
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) is preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite + G Suite
• Experience working with planning systems, and specific supply planning/supply chain planning

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role/function

Must-Have Skills

• General supply chain experience particularly in inventory operations is key including supply planning/supply chain planning experience
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills – ability to slice/dice data and make inferences/recommendations is core to this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this candidate will be working with several XFN partners as part of their daily role

Nice-to-have Skills

• Supply planning experience – particularly with planning systems/tool (E2Open experience will be great!)
