BCforward is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for an onsite opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA. The candidate will join a dynamic team, leveraging global asset management, supply planning, ERP tools, and cross-functional coordination to optimize allocations and improve supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in inventory operations, data analysis, and working with planning systems. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and MS Office is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to slice/dice data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to indicate receipt of supply at distribution centers.
• Coordinate weekly PO releases and troubleshoot issues.
• Update allocation of total supply across demand channels daily based on reports and models.
• Coordinate uploading allocation info and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a schedule.
• Develop and maintain coordinated relationships with cross-functional partners (Supply Planners, Freight, Procurement, CX).
• Document and streamline existing processes.
