Job summary

• Track and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock
• Prepare reports and dashboards on supply chain performance, including delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory metrics
• Lead or participate in supply chain optimization projects such as warehouse layout improvements or new distribution strategies

Job description

A Supply Chain Analyst ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Essential Functions

• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, forecast inventory needs, and support decision-making
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce compliance with quality standards, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships

• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields; a master’s degree can be advantageous
• Experience: Typically 2+ years in supply chain analysis or a related role; internships or project experience may also be considered
• Certifications (optional but beneficial): Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
