Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to partner with stakeholders to drive cost savings and optimize inventory across the facility. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support purchasing and distribution activities with ERP/PeopleSoft tools.

The role involves coordinating product conversions, data updates, and providing training on ordering procedures while maintaining strong vendor relationships. This position is full-time and onsite in Rome, GA.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Experience with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution is preferred.
• ERP/Analytics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to conduct cost and value analysis activities to identify potential cost savings for the facility.
• Generates and reviews reports and presentation materials that aid in the decision-making process.
• Completes analysis of comparative data identifying areas of opportunity.
• Assists with coordination and implementation of product conversions at the facility.
• Updates data related to various aspects of the supply chain function at the facility.
• Assists with inventory management and enters inventory updates into software system.
• Handles replenishment of warehouse and par levels to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Performs cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Communicates and maintains relationships with vendors.
• Performs requisitioning and match exceptions.
• Trains others on ordering procedures and relevant systems and software.
