Job Functions

• Maintain and monitor transactions within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Support export self‑filing processes and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
• Manage the flow of information across internal systems and external partners such as freight forwarders, ERP systems, and U.S. Census
• Coordinate activities between trade compliance, transportation teams, and other export‑related stakeholders
• Provide guidance to internal teams on export compliance and global trade matters

Required Qualifications

• Experience with export controls, trade compliance, or related functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional data
• Familiarity with SAP GTS or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to support additional trade operations and transportation‑related tasks as needed
