Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 12-month contract to support supplier onboarding in the GEP system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation, and to help organize process materials.

You will work with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvements, and assist with data analysis, cleanup, and reporting to sustain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or entry-level professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Visio is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of suppliers into the GEP procurement system with accurate data entry.
• Organize and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve processes.
• Assist with data analysis, validation, and cleanup to enhance data quality.
• Support reporting and track issues, risks, and follow-ups through the project lifecycle.

What's the Job?

• Support the onboarding of suppliers into the new GEP procurement system, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process improvements, and support system stabilization activities.
• Help with data analysis, validation, and cleanup activities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support reporting efforts and help track issues, risks, and follow-up items during the project lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Recent college graduate or entry-level professional with a strong interest in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
