Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain by start of program.
• Willing to relocate as required after Accelerated Development Program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a job title higher weight for employment visa status now or in the future.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Supply Chain Leadership Teams with daily production activity to ensure timely processing.
• Analyze label requirements and coordinate with batch shipment.
• Serve as a resource for questions regarding purchase orders.
• Review MRP daily to determine inventory levels for unusual production.
• Assist with production scheduling and master scheduling.
• Develop understanding of metrics: service goals, order completeness, plant line service, gallon availability, perfect order index, cost per program.
• Understand supply chain, business management, and purchasing systems.
• Understand operations within a paint plant or distribution service center.
