You will translate demand into actionable plans, manage supplier relationships, and optimize inventory while ensuring on-time customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain or procurement in manufacturing, strong SAP, MS Office, and Power BI skills, plus leadership experience. Onsite roles in OH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain or procurement within manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Power BI.
• Experience with inventory optimization, production planning and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain; APICS/ISM a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Buying and Scheduling teams while managing the business planning.
• Translate demand, forecasts, S&OP into actionable plans.
• Oversee production scheduling, purchasing, and material availability.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to prevent risks before impact.
• Optimize inventory levels and balance service with working capital.
• Monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, and schedule attainment.
• Collaborate with Ops, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance to improve performance.
• Coach your team to build efficient supply chain processes.
