Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. in Cleveland, OH seeks a Training Specialist to guide North American and Global GSC teams in demand planning, master scheduling, replenishment, and raw material planning using Blue Yonder and Oracle BIOS.

You will develop onboarding and ongoing education, tailor training for acquisitions, coordinate with IT and business leads, and conduct sessions outside standard hours as needed. This on-site role requires up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment preferred; comparable business experience considered.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Solid understanding and/or hands on experience in Sales & Ops planning, forecasting, production inventory planning and scheduling or VMI.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and acts as a resource for all members of Global Supply Chain Services on Blue Yonder functionality and best practices.
• Creates and delivers onboarding and continuous education training; maintains standardized training tools for NA and Global teams.
• Analyzes learning requirements for stakeholder groups and translates needs into training offerings.
• Supports development and implementation of Blue Yonder with Oracle BIOS integration.
• Trains key users on supply chain planning tools and related systems.
• Coordinates training requirements for acquisitions and integrations with IT support and business leads.
• Develops and maintains training material; conducts training outside standard hours as needed.
