The Anderson-DuBose Company, a long‑standing distributor to major quick service restaurants, seeks an Assured Supply Assistant to support administrative duties across the distribution centers. You'll interact with buyers, run reports, manage item setup, and assist with backhaul and transfer orders while using MS Excel and JDEdwards One World.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to read & interpret safety rules and operating procedures are essential.
The Anderson-DuBose Company, established in 1991, is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. We currently have four distribution center locations: Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York, Jacksonville, Florida, and Jefferson City, Tennessee. (Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7.) Assured Supply Assistant will support the administrative duties as per Manager that can lead to, as needed, buying, reporting, and others as needed.

Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience –The position requires attention to detail. Strong analytical abilities are also required.
Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, business plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Required Skills and Abilities – All features of Microsoft Office, JDEdwards One World. MS Excel skills, between others preferred.
