Qualifications

  • Required Work Experience: Related Field - 5 years with 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Recommended Work Experience: Supply Chain - Workday experience.
  • Required Certifications: Driver's License - Arkansas DMV.

Responsibilities

  • Manages, plans, and directs daily operations of the Supply Cart System including staffing, supplies, equipment, and space.
  • Develops and maintains inventory levels for daily operations.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for receipt, storage, and control of supplies and equipment in Supply Cart.
  • Manages, analyzes, and plans for operational budgets and the charging system for supplies.
  • Monitors inventory items to identify usage trends and adjusts inventory levels accordingly.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders on new items, contracted items, and standardization of supplies and equipment.
  • Manages and monitors compliance with CMS, Joint Commissions, and other regulatory bodies.
