Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required or 5+ years experience with inventory in any industry including healthcare.
• 5+ years experience with inventory management and overseeing PAR replenishment.
• 2+ years leading a team or supervising staff.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 9+ years experience with direct reports and inventory management and 2+ years in healthcare setting (alternative qualification path).

Responsibilities

• Directs PAR replenishment planning across the main campus network.
• Oversees inventory management for sterile supply and inpatient units.
• Supervises clinical supply chain staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Manages daily inventory replenishment activities for all clinical departments.
• Develops policies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Leads leadership development and staff engagement initiatives.
• Coordinates with vendors and clinical stakeholders on supply issues.
