Job summary

Akima Systems Engineering (ASE) is seeking a Supply Analyst to manage item inventory stock, perform material planning, and coordinate distribution and end-of-life disposition of assets. The role requires forklift certification, DoD APSR experience, and a secret or higher clearance.

On-site work with strong Excel skills and data analysis will be essential. The position involves coordinating procurement timing, storage and receipt operations, and liaison with vendors and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• AA degree and minimum of three years of experience in technical supply management work
• Forklift certification
• Secret or higher clearance
• Lift 50 pounds and operate forklift safely
• DoD APSR systems experience (GCCS-A, ALMSS, ELMS/DPAS)

Responsibilities

• Compute and accumulate data for analysis and inventories; develop work standards and methodology
• Prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports and policy data; operate supply systems and fulfill equipment needs
• Coordinate material support and materiel management activities and procurement timing
• Liaise with inventory managers, contractors, and planning organizations to schedule deliveries
• Perform storage, inspection, receipt, and distribution planning of supplies and property
• Communicate clearly on technical matters and implement Material Strategies to meet program objectives
• Advanced Excel use for data management, pivot tables, formulas, and macros
