Job summary

Akima Systems Engineering (ASE) is seeking a Supply Analyst to perform item inventory stock control, materiel planning, and funds control in a DoD-related environment. You will administer demand processing, manage requisitions, and coordinate asset distribution for operations.

The role requires strong Excel capabilities, clear technical communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A secret or higher clearance is required, and on-site work in Arlington, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• AA degree and 3+ years of technical supply management experience (inventory, storage, cataloging).
• Forklift certification or license required.
• DoD APSR experience or similar asset tracking system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compute and analyze data for reports and develop work standards.
• Manage inventories and reconcile discrepancies in APSR/DPAS.
• Coordinate materiel support, procurement timing, and distribution logistics.
