Job summary

Akima Intra-Data (AID) seeks a Supply Supervisor to oversee exempt, SCA and wage staff in warehouse storage, material delivery, disposal, and freight services. You will direct personnel, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with staff, management and government partners to resolve issues.

The role includes training, performance evaluation, and discipline processes, with emphasis on safe operations and accurate metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years related work experience.
• CMOS certification required and ability to ship hazardous material.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Solid working knowledge of supply and warehousing operations.
• Knowledge of FAR property management regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to define program dimensions and facts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and review work for Storekeepers per PWS and AFI.
• Ensure safe work practices, quality, and accuracy; address problems with Leads.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and conduct competency evaluations.
• Evaluate performance and participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure personnel fitness for duty and track supply performance metrics.
• Support inspections and assist government in MICT checklists.
