Qualifications

• Requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent and 10+ years of technical work experience in machining or fabrication.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to learn Oracle/Windchill and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct suppliers in efficient manufacturing methods to assure quality products.
• Conduct Pre-Manufacturing meetings with suppliers.
• Resolve supplier questions related to Elliott drawings and processes.
• Support suppliers with deviations and non-conformances.
• Analyze supplier defects to help establish preventive action.
• Develop technical guidelines and checklists for Elliott components manufacturing.
• Create procedures for supplier management.
• Interact with Elliott Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve drawing/process discrepancies.
• Conduct supplier audits for qualification.
