Ebara Elliott Energy seeks a Supplier Technical Coordinator to act as the principal technical liaison between Elliott Co. and approved suppliers of fabricated and machined components.

You will clarify drawings, specifications, and requirements to improve manufacturability through on-site meetings, calls, and email coordination. The role requires a two-year technical degree and 10+ years in machining or fabrication, with strong analytical, communication, and drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of 10 years technical work experience in machining or fabrication.
• Must be able to interpret drawings and travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Direct suppliers in the most efficient manufacturing methods to ensure quality products.
• Conduct Pre-Manufacturing meetings with suppliers.
• Resolve supplier questions related to Elliott drawings and processes.
• Support suppliers with deviations and non-conformances.
• Analyze supplier defects to aid in preventive action.
• Develop technical information such as guidelines and checklists for Elliott components.
• Create procedures for supplier management.
• Collaborate with Elliott Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve drawing/process discrepancies.
• Conduct supplier audits for qualification.
