Job Overview

Responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for components such as DRAM, NAND, SSDs, and related storage technologies. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply chain to meet business and production needs. The role analyzes market trends, forecasts demand, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with product roadmaps and company goals. Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Create and implement supply chain initiatives & improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Provide balanced judgment and demonstrate problem‑solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations.
• Create an environment that allows for exploration and deployment of new ideas.
• Mentor and provide leadership to other colleagues.
• Set an example of agility and adaptability.
• Build constructive stakeholder relationships involving direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers.
• Act as the primary interface in the management of the supplier relationships.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
