Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end order execution from purchase to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of data center hardware.
  • Proactively identify and address supply chain and operational risks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage hardware-related issues across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
  • Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Delivery teams to establish efficient operating mechanisms.
  • Automate and streamline supply chain processes to enhance forecasting, allocation, and overall visibility.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs, tracking cycle time, redeployment, reuse, and cost-to-serve metrics.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on supplier performance, ensuring adherence to Oracle's standards and expectations.
  • Drive supply chain initiatives and operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Oracle and external supplier organizations.

Responsibilities

With direction on new assignments, assist and support senior colleagues in their activities. Communicates product requirements/specifications to suppliers. Participates in the assessment of suppliers ability to meet Oracle's supply chain strategy. Evaluates submitted proposals/quotes against Oracle standards. Recommends qualified suppliers that meet both stakeholder, competitive cost and product standards. May participate in negotiation and execution supplier contractual agreements while sustaining product competitiveness.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,200 - $132,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
