Oracle in San Jose seeks a senior program manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives, driving cost efficiencies and supplier performance within sourcing. You’ll deliver complex programs on-time while aligning stakeholders and building risk-mitigation plans.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, strong leadership, data‑driven problem solving, and exceptional communication to influence across Oracle lines of business and suppliers.
Serves as a member of the Sourcing leadership team to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply‑chain efficiencies. Creates and implements sourcing initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Provides balanced judgement and demonstrates problem‑solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations and builds alignment across OCI through documents and white‑paper formats. Sets an example of agility and adaptability. Builds constructive stakeholder relationships that involve direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers.
Growth opportunities include Sourcing Manager ownership for sourcing categories/suppliers and project‑management leadership opportunities.

US: Hiring range in USD from $102,300 – $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
