Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality for daily production.
• Investigate suspect material and administer SCARs and RMAs.
• Oversee rejection process and tag suspect parts for transfer to scrap areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and processes.
• Work with operations to identify, report and resolve problems.
• Optimize the reject quarantine area by use and volume.
• Establish and report metrics daily.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members.
