Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in supplier quality, supplier development, or supply chain in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing supplier escalations, recovery efforts, and risk.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and resolution of supplier-related production disruptions to minimize impact.
• Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics to develop recovery plans.
• Conduct root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify supplier risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders during critical events.
• Apply Lean principles to improve supplier performance and efficiency.
• Develop standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for supplier performance and risk management.
