Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, invites engineering undergraduates to join its Supplier Quality Engineering internship in Lincolnshire, IL. You will work on data analysis, value stream mapping, and process improvement projects to support ongoing quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include cleaning and merging data, building databases, applying Six Sigma/Lean tools, and assisting PPAP approvals. June 2, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Minitab proficiency required.
• Undergraduate engineering student with at least 24 university credit hours completed.
• Experience with databases, SPC, data collection and statistical analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create Value Stream Maps and drive lean projects to improve processes.
• Clean, merge and analyze data from multiple sources; build databases for metrics.
• Apply Six Sigma/Lean tools to analyze and solve problems; support continuous improvement.
• Assist in PPAP approvals; create and modify process documentation and control plans.
