Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is seeking a manufacturing engineer to partner with Production cells and drive lean improvements. You will develop procedures, troubleshoot, and support APQP for new products, ensuring safety and cost-effective manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with hands-on approach and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Tool design/modifications and 3D modeling experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on, team oriented and committed to improvement processes.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Process-oriented mentality; Lean and Six Sigma knowledge helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in statistical analysis using Minitab.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Production cells to prevent and resolve problems with products and tooling.
• Analyze and design manufacturing cells that conform to Lean Manufacturing standards in practice.
• Develop technical procedures for HydraForce manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and isolate production failures to root causes.
• Collect data and develop technical reports based on production results.
• Support new product introduction through the APQP process.
• Ensure manufacturing safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Stay informed on new manufacturing technologies to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
