Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel skills are required for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with statistical methods and lean tools is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard creation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support service engineers in problem solving and 8D process steps.
• Create/modify dashboards and scorecards to track service metrics.
• Assist in tracking evaluation status of customer claims.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Perform root cause analysis on returned materials and hydraulic testing.
• Read hydraulic prints and work with valves/manifolds for analysis.
• Apply Six Sigma/Lean tools to analyze and solve problems.
