Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to lead supplier quality initiatives for aerospace components. You'll collaborate with suppliers, perform audits, manage RCCA actions, and ensure conformance to GD&T and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aerospace or related field is required.
• At least 3 years' experience in Supplier Quality Assurance with testing, inspection, metrology, and QMS knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for supplier activities.
• Demonstrated disciplined project execution with strong problem-solving and engineering analysis.
• Strong business and supply chain understanding with manufacturing awareness.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in MS Office and enterprise systems.
• Experience with CAD and engineering tools such as CATIA V5/V6, MATLAB, ANSYS, SAP, ENOVIA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues using data and engineering logic.
• Lead supplier quality improvement projects with minimal oversight and communicate findings.
• Perform supplier oversight activities including audits, source inspections, and FAI validation.
• Drive RCCA activities and contribute to CAB I/II meetings with data inputs.
• Cross-train team members and deepen knowledge through research and collaboration.
