Job summary

Textron is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to support Bell’s Fort Worth, TX operations. You will lead supplier quality initiatives, perform supplier audits and RCCA activities, and collaborate across teams to ensure conformity to engineering requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in SQA, strong GD&T knowledge, and travel up to 50%. CAD/engineering tool proficiency and experience with SAP/ENOVIA are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aerospace or related field.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Assurance with strong technical background in inspection methods, process control, and metrology/calibration.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic).
• Proven project execution skills and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, SCMEs, customers, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues using engineering data.
• Lead supplier quality improvement projects with minimal oversight.
• Perform supplier oversight activities including audits and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Drive RCCA activities and provide input for corrective action boards.
• Cross-train team members and stay current with manufacturing technologies.
