Bell Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to lead supplier quality efforts for DoD aerospace programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues, perform audits, and drive corrective actions. Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on domestic activities.

The role emphasizes GD&T expertise, QA systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical results clearly. On-site at Bell HQ with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aerospace or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Supplier Quality Assurance experience with inspection, metrology, and QMS knowledge.
• Solid GD&T knowledge and travel up to 50% for supplier activities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues using data-driven analysis.
• Lead supplier quality improvement projects with minimal oversight and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform supplier oversight activities including audits, source inspections, and FAI validation.
• Drive RCCA activities and provide input for CAP discussions.
• Cross-train teammates and expand expertise in manufacturing technologies.
