Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or technical discipline with 10 years minimum hands-on quality experience.
• Experience leading supplier audits, SCARs, and PPAP processes.
• Proficient in AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF16949 requirements and customer-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance, including defect rates, on-time delivery, and corrective action responsiveness.
• Lead and coordinate supplier corrective actions (SCARs) with root cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Perform supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review, approve, and support supplier documentation (First Article, Process Control Plans, inspection records).
• Support new supplier qualification, capability analyses, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
