Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop supplier quality performance with KPIs.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and assessments for AS9100/ISO standards.
• Review and approve documentation including First Article Inspection Reports.
• Lead supplier corrective actions (SCARs) and verify effectiveness.
• Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and risk analysis.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specs, key characteristics, and flow-downs.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance on inspection methods and quality requirements.
• Review nonconforming material rejection reports.
• Process supplier deviations, waivers, and clarifications.
• Support incoming inspection and containment of nonconforming materials.
• Analyze supplier data for continuous improvement and audits.
