• 2 years technical related experience in a manufacturing environment or repair/overhaul facility.

Responsabilités

• Addresses all quality performance concerns and works with suppliers to monitor QMS effectiveness.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to improve supplier performance.
• Drives CAPA processes for all Suppliers and supports APQP principles at suppliers.
• Develops metrics and scorecards to depict supplier health and risk.
• Provides technical guidance to subordinate Quality Engineers and leads focus meetings on supplier performance.
