This full-time role focuses on supplier quality, containment coordination, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will support day-to-day quality issues, collaborate with NPI teams for new processes, and train quality technicians while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience for Level I; 3–5 years for Level II; 5+ years for Level III.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Manage Supplier Quality: Coordinate and support supplier containments and sorting activity.Supplier corrective actions, document supplier issues, and work with procurement engineers to resolve problems, enhancing overall product quality.
• Support Continuous Improvement Activities: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital systems.
• Resolve Quality Issues: Support day-to-day quality issues from various sources, such as NCRs, line faults, and warranty claims, using quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support Manufacturing: Provide daily support to manufacturing value streams, including audits and analysis to maintain quality standards.
• Support New Product Introduction: Identify and document supplier pre-production problems, collaborate with the NPI team, and integrate new processes and technologies smoothly.
• Maintain Documentation: Train quality technicians, maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
