Job summary

DePaulo Consulting, LLC. seeks a Quality Engineer specializing in Supplier Quality to uphold our commitment to excellence. You will develop and implement supplier quality control procedures, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

You will oversee the Approved Vendor List, manage internal and external audits, and support calibration and documentation systems in line with Business Management Systems requirements. Travel required to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or related field.
• 3–5 years in quality assurance or supplier quality.
• Experience with AS 9100 or similar standards.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and SPC.
• Ability to travel 20–35% to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site supplier audits (travel 20–35%).
• Develop and implement supplier quality and delivery control procedures.
• Monitor and report supplier performance metrics.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve supplier quality documentation.
• Manage non-conformance reports and supplier corrective actions.
• Facilitate supplier development and training (on-site & remote).
• Manage Approved Vendor List onboarding and releases.
• Support new product development with supplier quality requirements.
