Job summary

Pro QC International is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to assess supplier capabilities, evaluate manufacturing processes, and drive improvements that strengthen quality and production readiness. You’ll work with suppliers and internal teams to identify risks, investigate root causes, and communicate actionable findings.

The role involves audits of capacity, review of tooling and molding equipment, and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality engineering or supplier quality.
• Familiar with tooling, molding equipment and inspection tools.
• ASQ CQ/Auditor certifications preferred; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier capacity audits and production capacity assessments.
• Audit manufacturing processes including metal injection molding.
• Evaluate tooling and molding equipment for quality readiness.
• Review quality systems, documentation, inspection methods.
• Perform risk assessments and root-cause analysis; track corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality management and continuous improvement.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate findings.
