Zusammenfassung

FastTek Global in Warsaw, IN is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer-Launch Support to own APQP processes, drive supplier accountability, and develop KPI dashboards. You will evaluate suppliers for production awards and foster strong partnerships while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in supplier quality, strong communication, and experience with varied components.

Qualifikationen

Engineering degree or equiv. or previous working level experience
5+ years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP, lean problem-solving principles and leading a team by example.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Aufgaben

Administer the APQP process and ensure supplier conformance to our Quality Requirements Manual.
Hold supplier partners accountable and develop/implement KPI/scorecards.
Evaluate suppliers for production awards and monitor all aspects of supplier quality performance.
Develop strong supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company objectives and core values.
