You will provide support for the facility's suppliers while continuing to improve the performance of supplied components, assemblies, and outsourced processes. Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to

• Maintain supplier management strategies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.


• Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Performance ratings, offering improvement recommendations and leading improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and work closely with various departments, including outside sales, inside sales, quality contacts, production, and upper management.

Are You Ready to

• Initiate, track, and validate Corrective Action Requests for underperforming suppliers.


• Provide support to design engineering in vendor part qualification.


• Offer technical assistance to the commodity management team as requested.


• Collaborate with vendors to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.


• Provide support for vendors as it pertains to new product designs.

What You'll Need

  in an engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 2-3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.


• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
