Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics engineering.
  • This role involves Quality engineering, customer handling, business development, and global coordination, requiring an innovative and strategic approach to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support quality systems and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for internal and supplier quality issues.
  • Review and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Work Instructions.
  • Lead or assist in PPAP submissions and process validations.
  • Program Management: Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Customer Handling: Engage with clients, address technical queries, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, with 2 to 3 years of experience in business expansion strategies.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with global teams to drive technical projects and align strategies across different locations.
  • Quality Software Implementation: Utilize quality management software and methodologies to improve processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply industry knowledge across Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics domains.
  • Travel: Some travel required for customer meetings, business development initiatives, and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in engineering-related roles with program management expertise.
  • Business Development: Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies for expansion.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Quality Software Implementation, engineering tools, and industry best practices.
  • Global Team Coordination: Demonstrated experience working with international teams.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and interact effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment.
